Wanted: Young people who love to paint!
Do you want to paint outdoors, show your work, and meet awesome people?
You can do all of this at Plein Air Down Under’s workshops and outdoor painting festival.
The workshops will give you the skills and excitement to take part in the Plein Air Down Under Outdoor Painting Festival over the September 2026 long weekend. You don’t have to be a professional artist, but you might be inspired to become one!
Workshops will be announced in July 2026.
Painting at the Plein Air Down Under Festival
A Plein Air Down Under Festival Weekend Youth Artist Registration is only $10 and includes:
– Outdoor painting all weekend in Mandurah & Pinjarra
– Over $500 in awards and prizes
– Showing your paintings inside the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre
– Painting in the two-hour Quick Draw Competition on Monday 28 September
Two Categories: Under 13 and 13 – 18 years
