Georgia Mansur

Georgia Mansur is an international award-winning artist whose work captures the energy, atmosphere, and fleeting light of the natural world. Originally from California, moved to Australian Outback in 1984 but now based in Palm Beach, Sydney. Georgia works across many mediums with a particular passion for plein air painting. Her expressive style blends observation with emotion, inviting viewers into the sights, sounds, and mood of each landscape.

Known for her fast, fresh approach and adventurous spirit, Georgia brings warmth, curiosity, and decades of experience to her workshops, encouraging artists to loosen up, explore creatively, and paint with confidence and joy. Mansur is a Water Media Specialist working in Watercolour, Acrylics, Mixed Media, Gouache, and Water-Soluble Oils.

You will get the solid foundation needed in composition and design, tonal values and colour mixing harmony to create paintings full of light, joy and vibrant colour. Georgia is a patient and fun teacher that loves sharing her passion for plein air painting and will get you started on your own personal self-expression painting journey.
