Val Brooks

Award winning artist Val Brooks is inspired by the quality of light and colours of the Australian landscape, especially the movement and colours of the ocean. 

In addition, she enjoys travelling to Europe, capturing café scenes and familiar landmarks, en plein air.

Since retiring as a Primary Art Specialist Teacher, Val has taught adult workshops in Perth, Port Hedland, Exmouth and Albany, sharing her vast knowledge and experience in working with Pastel.
